What our clients say…

“Great place to stay”

I’ve been here twice now and for good reason. The tents are roomy, well appointed, and clean. The grounds offer a few places to stretch the legs and a pool. The food is excellent and varied, and it tends to be a little busier than other camps, which I enjoy as it keeps the atmosphere lively while never feeling crowded. We happened to be there over Christmas and the festive dinners and vibe were great! Lots of fun.

We chose Kenya as our honeymoon destination in Dec,2015. We stayed 2 nights in Kibo and it was a delightful experience from start till the end. The swiss tented camps are perfect nests in the wilderness with all facilities therein. The staff was extraordinary warm and helpful. View of Mt.Kilimanjaro from camp is breathtaking and magical. We would indefinitely plan our stay at Kibo whenever we visit Amboseli again. Thanks for making our trip comfortable and memorable!!

Great Safari Camp

We stayed for only one night at the Kibo Safari Camp and really liked the camp. The tents are very specious with a nice terrace. The camp has a beautiful swimming pool and a nice open air bar. It is awesome to sit next to the bone fire at the camp and gaze in the stars. The service was good but the food was a bit cold and could have been better. However, overall we highly enjoyed our stay there and can only recommend this camp.

In sync with Nature

Kibo is special. This lovely gem nestled in the Amboseli National Park caters for the traveller who wants to enjoy nature in all its fullness. Their are tents as well as lodge rooms which give you a sense that you are in the wild-and still with all the proper necessities one needs e.g. hot water, mosquito nets and every tent has a veranda outside that faces Africa’s highest mountain. Was referred to the place by their Facebook page that has adequate information and I have to admit, my time there was nothing but lovely. I enjoyed the food too as well as their highly refreshing swimming pool.

The best service, very good and fresh food, very clean and value of everything. A very nice pool area with a spa, the bar attendant Morris, is extremely courteous and efficient. The Camp has a vegetables garden…for any family or group safari this will be ideal place to stay.
